BOR rankings summarize patterns in public customer reviews and other named source data. They are informational tools, not warranties, endorsements, inspections, or guarantees. Scores may change when sources, company identities, review coverage, methods, or release rules change.

BOR does not guarantee workmanship, availability, price, licensing, insurance coverage, claim approval, policy coverage, or any future result. Verify current credentials, scope, contract terms, insurance, permits, references, and warranties before hiring a provider.

Site content is not legal, insurance, engineering, financial, tax, or contracting advice. Insurance policies and property losses differ. Contact a qualified professional for advice about a claim, contract, structural issue, coverage dispute, or legal right.

Submitting a quote request authorizes BOR to contact you about that request and to send the request to the provider you selected when available. Additional providers receive your contact details only when you separately opt into multiple quotes. A submission does not create a contract with BOR or guarantee that a provider will respond, inspect the property, offer a quote, or accept the job.

Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. BOR is not a party to that service contract unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Review every estimate and contract before signing or paying.

Do not submit false requests, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, bypass rate limits, scrape restricted areas, probe for credentials, upload malicious material, or use BOR content to mislead consumers. Public pages may be quoted or linked with attribution. Logos, page design, original scoring outputs, and compiled releases remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law and source rights.

A business may request review of a factual error, identity mismatch, or evidence assignment. BOR may correct a verified error and record the change in a later release. Payment, advertising, badges, lead purchases, or another commercial relationship cannot purchase a higher score or rank.

BOR may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature and may remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, technically invalid, or unsupported by the release record. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. BOR is not responsible for a provider's acts, omissions, statements, work, pricing, or claim outcome.

Some jurisdictions do not allow every disclaimer or limitation. In those places, these terms apply only to the extent the law permits. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be waived.

BOR may update these terms when the product, law, or data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the published version. Material changes will be described on the site when appropriate.
